  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using Meister Bill (“Service”), you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  2. 2. Definitions

    “Service” means Meister Bill invoicing tool; “Account” means your registered access; “Content” means data or documents you upload; “Feedback” means suggestions you submit  .

  3. 3. License & Access

    We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service according to your subscription plan. You may not sublicense or resell access.

  4. 4. User Responsibilities

    You must keep your account details accurate and confidential. You may not misuse the Service or upload unlawful content.

  5. 5. Fees, Billing & Payment

    Fees and billing intervals are set in the applicable order or signup page. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late fees and collection costs may apply. Disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days of receipt.

  6. 6. Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation

    Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in writing before the period ends. You may cancel at any time; refunds may be prorated according to our refund policy.

  7. 7. Warranty & Disclaimer

    We provide the Service “as is” with no implied warranties. We do not guarantee error‑free performance or outcomes.

  8. 8. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

  9. 9. Intellectual Property

    All IP in the Service is owned by us or our licensors. If you submit Feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use it (anonymously, if aggregated).

  10. 10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective indicates your acceptance.

  11. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in the United Arab Emirates.

  12. 12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.
